Colorado Access Welcomes Neeti Chavhan to Executive Leadership Role
AURORA, Colo. — Colorado Access, the state’s largest and most experienced local nonprofit health plan, welcomes Neeti Chavhan, the new vice president and segment leader, individual market to the executive leadership team. With more than 16 years of leadership experience, Chavhan is a seasoned health care executive with expertise in commercial, exchange, and Medicaid lines of business.

Throughout her career, Chavhan has driven growth, strengthened operational performance, and led major initiatives across complex health plan environments. Before joining Colorado Access, she served as the director of individual and small group at Point32Health. Her work included improving margin performance, expanding product offerings, and enhancing cross-functional collaboration to meet evolving member and market needs, while increasing access and affordability in health care.

In her role, Chavhan will lead the development and execution of the health insurance marketplace strategy as well as operations related to the market, while ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission to improve access to care for all Coloradans.
